Reporting misconduct, complaints or suggestions?
Our clients deserve high-quality service. That’s why we never compromise on the quality of our work. We safeguard our standards, integrity, and results through internally established agreements.
Do you have suggestions, complaints, or would you like to report (suspected) misconduct?
The regular process for submitting complaints and suggestions takes place through direct contact between the client and the EHdK project lead. If that is not sufficient or appropriate for the situation, there is an alternative option for reporting suggestions, complaints, or potential misconduct:
You can email or call EHdK’s Office Management at info@ehdk.nl or 020-2611230. These channels are available to clients, suppliers and others who have a business relationship with EHdK and all EHdK employees.
What happens after a report is made?
The report is received and handled by EHdK’s Office Management. The person submitting the report will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. We aim to resolve the complaint within 10 working days. If more time is needed, you will receive an update on the progress within that timeframe.
